We hire parents/relatives/friends as a DSP (Direct Support Professional) for the Medicaid program that is designed to assist I/DD individuals with Client Services for reaching their potential at their own pace.

Duties include:  study their ISP, create activities to help them meet their goals, meal planning, hygiene assistance, banking & budgeting, transportation, grocery shopping, social activities, daily notes, monthly notes summary, etc.

We believe parents can be the better caregivers providing Support Services, deserve this opportunity, and also, that not everyone is cut out to fulfill these job requirements.  We are here to support you!
