About us

Our Services -- Empowering Families to Care for their own Loved Ones

Ever notice that you often know how to give better support to your loved one than anyone else—especially compared to someone under-skilled and under-paid?

Good news:  There’s a program for you.  We help families access Attendant Care and Community Living Supports so you can get paid well to provide the care you already give.

Who’s Eligible?

  • Must be receiving benefits from ODDS (Office of Developmental Disabilities Services).

  • We primarily serve parents, guardians, and family members caring for adults (18+) with I/DD.

  • Parents of children under 18 can only provide care through the CEN program (special rules apply—ask us if this applies to you).  However, we can also support care through other qualified family members - such as siblings, grandparents, step parents, etc. or other DSPs.

Contact us to find out if you qualify and get signed up today.

What Does the Job Involve?

We hire parents, relatives, and close friends to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) under the Medicaid program.  The goal is to help I/DD individuals reach their potential—at their own pace—in home and community settings.

Duties may include:

  • Reviewing and following your loved one’s Individual Support Plan (ISP)

  • Creating activities that support their goals

  • Meal planning and preparation

  • Personal hygiene assistance

  • Transportation to appointments and community activities

  • Banking and budgeting support

  • Grocery shopping and daily living skills

  • Social activities and community integration

  • Documenting daily notes and completing monthly summaries

NOTE:  Not everyone is cut out for this role—but if you’re committed to your loved one’s success, we’ll help you succeed with training and support.

Community Events

We host regular community events—from bingo nights to karaoke and family socials—to help families and individuals connect, recharge, and build friendships.

Check our Community Events Calendar or watch your email for upcoming events.

Spread the Word

Too many families don’t know this support exists—and struggle to make ends meet while caring for their loved one.

Help us shine a beacon of hope by sharing this program with friends and family who need it.
